WITHOUT Jesus there would be no battle and I would never have any hope of winning the war. “It is finished” God settled it all at the cross. A walk with GOD is never without drama or incident. The enemy will never allow you to associate with his adversary or allow you to build a relationship that is blameless and complete. His only chance of winning is through adversity and doubt, once your faith has been allowed to grow and you have given it to GOD his defeat is sealed. True faith can never be shaken and will cause you to sacrifice unto the very end. To sacrifice for the truth will never leave you poor and hopeless. Sacrifice will build your confidence and strength it will allow you to gain what can only be purchased by your total surrender. True sacrifice is giving up the things of this world for the things of God; you lose nothing when you sacrifice for the blessings of a holy God. True life will only begin at your point of surrender. To have it all does not include the things of this world, they will only cause you to depend upon what is temporal and without true merit. ” Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: 20 But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal; for where your treasure is there will your heart be also.
